Tellurium is mostly from Archwing. Get yourself an Itzal and spam Cosmic Crush, you'll get plenty of it. Its pretty rare on Uranus, it does drop there but its rare. Its already a "rare" drop, and it shares its same drop slot with Gallium meaning most of your rare drops will end up being Gallium and not Tellurium.

Argon Crystals: I just run Teshub, Void (exterminate) and loot everything. I generally will get 1 or 2 crystals a run, not to mention the random void mods.
