I can’t shift out of Park. My first thought is maybe the steering wheel is locked in a funky position since I’ve seen that not allow you to shift out of park in the past. The wheel isn’t locked though. I turn the car off and back on. It again starts in EV mode. I again get the green car LED on the dash. Still cannot shift out of Park though.
