Here they have no helmets and seem pretty weak unless you have them in a protected archer line then maybe they're halfway decent. But mounted they seem awful. On the whole, I think glaives are the best. Better yet if you do some smithing to make a 2H polearm that is swing-only, with the blade as long as possible, but shortened handle (so that it swings faster).
